We all remember the 'schock and awe' phrase coined by the US when they finally decided it was legal to take bilateral action against Iraq.  'Shock and Awe', yes the world was shocked that such action was deemed legal.  It is no surprise that the US has big bombs, we all know that.  They haved used them before in places like Japan so no surprise at an indescriminate policy of bombing at the beggining of the Iraq conflict.
